Yes, we understand that paying the full amount upfront can be difficult for some families, so we offer payment plans!

  • A $250 deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your spot in the program.

  • The remaining balance of $950 can be paid in two installments of $475 each, due at the start of each program week.

We can also discuss other flexible payment options if needed—just contact us at info@scchildrenstheater.com to set up a plan that works for your family!

8

Is there financial assistance or scholarships available?

At this time, we don’t have formal scholarships, but we are happy to discuss payment flexibility for families in need. If the payment structure is a challenge, please contact us to explore options.

9

What happens at the end of the two weeks?

At the end of the program, all students perform in a live, fully staged musical production! Friends and family are invited to attend the performance, giving students the chance to showcase everything they’ve learned and worked on during the intensive.

What if my child has little to no experience in theater or music?

No problem! Our program is designed for all skill levels. Both programs—Stage Performers and Pit Orchestra—will provide tailored instruction to help each student grow at their own pace. Our instructors are there to guide them, whether they’re seasoned performers or brand new to the world of musical theater.

11

How can I register for the program?

Registration will open soon, and you can sign up directly on our website. We will provide a link to the registration page once it’s available. Be sure to act quickly—spaces are limited!

12

What safety protocols are in place for the program?

We take the safety and well-being of our participants seriously. We follow all local health guidelines regarding COVID-19 and any other safety measures in place at the time of the program. All of our staff members are required to undergo fingerprinting and a background check to ensure a safe and secure environment for your child. Additionally, we have licensed first aid personnel on-site at all times during the program to address any medical needs. Specific protocols will be communicated closer to the program start date to ensure the safety of all students and staff.

13

Does my child need to bring their own lunch and snacks?

Yes! Students are required to bring their own lunch and snacks to enjoy during breaks. We have designated times for meals and snacks, and students should come prepared with everything they need. Please note that Canyon High School is a nut-free campus, so we ask that students avoid bringing any products containing nuts. We want to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience!
